From within the land

 On a map the imagination is paralyzed
the dirt and rock of the land is it's logic
the plants, trees and forests emotion
conversation with the sky long wet interactions

long grass had only one ambition
to cover the for sale sign
eating it up so no potential owner
could put it all out of place

Deep within this land
the muscle as rock the blood lava

On a map you wouldn't be able to see the land
It's only a kind of chart
A silly theory
the wind and rivers move

Deep underneath
the sunless soils
is a longing for root tips
to extract the mineral and damp excess
