that imminent emergence

 water accumulates the contrary veins of the beast land
falling into one artery, bracing itself for the imminent dissolution
A real force through the deluges of rambunctious skies
collecting the same tones of the earth in it's floods

the origin of these agitated waters
Is the unseen mountain soul 
wearing the mist across the day
a beautiful dialogue with fertile skies

forested arms and hands reaching from snowcapped ranges
down to those tiny vibrant estuaries
boiling with life
with the light and dark

With the sweetness of freshwater
and the savoriness of saltwater
My own veins some western mish mash
her own veins the exotic brew

Thus the ocean kisses the rivers
with a never ending urgency
new life growing out of the fine silt
imminent emergence
