Parable of fire
Parable of fire
For here we must see the world and spirituality connected by the elements
As fire(for god can be as fire)
We the sparks in infancy
The flames in adulthood
The embers in old age
Though also the ash when we die
For better or worse we carry god for he is fire
We would endeavour to have our soul smoulder as smoke to reach the heavens
Wood as ambition, the sustainer our food and illusive materials
The world burns through it all quickly producing and consuming
Alas a fire that burns out of control will spread it´s ash onto the mantel
The schist mantel that would be our earth whole
Filling the air with smoke and choking those that would bring more kindling
When our ash and embers are spread on the mantel
The smoke goes not from the chimney to the sky
But remains in kitchen where god and mothernature cook
We the flames of god avoid the ills of this world
Procuring a subtle balance an appreciation
A temperature that god may cook better therewith
Giving heat to the delicassies of this life
A sharing and dividing of warmth
Not unwholesome intent for which would soil the mantel of life and earth
God´s grand theatre and kitchen
And as smoke we are light and carried into the sky having loved and lived
Though as smoke from ash on the mantel we are formed as carbon on the
kitchen walls nought more but stains to be cleaned off by capricious
angels
Eventually we would be rung out into buckets and thrown down dark sewer drains
thats destination is stagnant cestpools that greedily feed off the filth.
