Classroom wall

It's up on the table
it gets knocked down
down to the floor
It gets kicked up, kicked up on to the walls

It's like students' laughter
Splashed from a pool of humor, the grey table
Pull out a chair and sway a smile
Mouth humbly tucked into the base of the head

Like a hallway poster some celebration
chance will booster
Halfway through the lesson a hole appears in the roof
and water trickles down like giggling teens

A wonderful disaster
there's a feeling of excitement
as the classroom walls change color
all of a sudden
