The eagle and the slug
And then God said fly
And so the eagle flew
In my mind it was vision
On my arm a tattoo
He said to the slug slime
And so the slug slimed
originally an amoeba
It was a symbol of laziness
Slow movement
Sluggishness
The slug turned it's head upward
"Why do you get all the glory?"
The eagle looked down
The slug continued
"You can fly around and kill anything from the air,
What an unfair advantage!"
"I fail at getting my prey or food more than you slug"
The slug unsatisfied turned its head up once more
"Why don't you eat me?"
The eagle looked down with piercing eyes
"Your slime contains parasites that can kill me or any other animal"
The slug moved on slowly blushing through the slime
